LEADERSHIP COMMITTEE
‘Discover Music in the Park’ leadership committee was formed to promote arts in Seattle's public parks. Our members come from different backgrounds and locations, primarily from Magnolia. We are designers, architects, artists, lawyers, community activists, educators, and representatives of community based organizations.
The goal of Discover Music in the Park is to organize an event in Discovery Park and invite the whole community to gather around arts and nature. We see a great opportunity in Discovery Park to develop a cultural asset in harmony with the Park’s other activities.
'Discover Music in the Park' members:
Maya Leites - Janis Traven - Jeremy Jolley - Donal Kavanaugh - Colleen Monette - Cheryl Jacobs
Annie Chang-Center - Stephen Facizsewski - Lesley Bain - Stacey Smedley
